The Iisakki Järvenpää Company was founded in 1879 and is the largest manufacturer of knives in Kauhava, Finland, a well-known town which has a long and rich history of being known for knife making.
This knife has never been used but was stored in the sheath for some time.
This very nice knife comes with a high carbon steel blade of 3-1/4", overall length is about 7 1/8".  Handle appears to be made of Birch.
